Parisheka Sweda / Seka
Warm medicated oil or decoction is repeatedly poured or sprinkled over the body or a part as a form of sudation that relaxes muscles and eases pain.

What it involves
Comfortably warm liquid is streamed or splashed continuously over the affected area (or the whole body, as in sarvanga seka) while it is gently massaged, for 30-60 minutes.
