A profoundly calming therapy in which warm oil is poured in a steady stream over the forehead and 'third eye', used for deep relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

What it involves

The recipient lies down while warm medicated oil flows continuously onto the forehead for 30-60 minutes, administered by a trained therapist.
