Mint–Coriander Summer Cooler
Fresh mint and coriander blended with lime, a pinch of rock salt, and cool water — hydration for high-Pitta afternoons.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 pinch rock salt
- 2 cups cool (not iced) water
- 1 tsp raw sugar or jaggery (optional)
Method
- Blend herbs with a splash of the water; strain if you prefer it clear.
- Stir in the rest of the water, lime, salt, and sweetener.
- Serve cool — skip the ice, which dampens digestion.
