Method

  1. Grind the peppercorns and cloves; mix with the powders.
  2. Store airtight.
  3. Use 1/4 tsp on meals, in soups, or steeped as a morning tea with honey added warm.
Agni note. Modeled on the logic of trikatu, the classical 'three pungents' — heat that ignites a damp, slow agni.
