Method

  1. Simmer oats with liquid, dates, and spices for 8–10 minutes, stirring.
  2. Rest 2 minutes; top with ghee.
  3. Eat warm and unhurried.
Agni note. For Kapha, halve the portion, cook with water only, and add dry ginger instead of ghee.
