  1. Steam or boil the sweet potato until fully tender.
  2. Mash with ghee, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Serve warm, ideally as the anchor of an early dinner.
Agni note. Ginger and cinnamon keep this sweet, heavy vegetable from sitting dull in the stomach.
